Often people will have a preference on how they receive call sheets. Some people like emails, others texts, and some both. There may be occasions where someone asks you to stop sending them texts, but continue sending them emails. In this case, you’ll need to disabled text messaging for that individual person. Here’s how to do this:
- 1) On the left navigation menu, go to the “People” tab.
- 2) Find the person you wish to disable email or text for. There will be two columns that contain toggle switches. (One for email, one for texting). Toggle the desired method(s) off so that the switch becomes gray -- this will prevent SetHero from sending that person call sheets by the disabled method.
